Sometimes we all need a quiet space where we can work, or go to a Zoom meeting, or even read a book. However, we don't always have the means to use the services of paid coworking spaces or there is no accessibility to such spaces.
The Chernivtsi Protection Association enlisted the support of People in Need and set up an accessible coworking area at the Grow Up resource center for social support, where they purchased heaters, blankets, and power banks, EcoFlou
We offer:
barrier-free access for people with disabilities and low-mobility groups
high-speed Internet and comfortable workplaces, laptop, printer and other technical devices
space for relaxation and communication
free coffee and tea
Our space is open to:
- public activists, volunteers and students
- creative people and anyone looking for inspiration
- freelancers and remote workers
Working hours: Monday-Friday from 11:00-16:00
To book a place in the coworking area, write to us directly
We believe that everyone has the right to access a comfortable and affordable space for work and creativity.
Come to us!
😆 POV: I'm checking which "bookish" books I have reviews for and pulling them from the channel to the Readeat website.
You might ask "Why?" Because you saw what Bookworm together with "That Same Bookstore" came up with?
By the end of the month, I need to write reviews on the Readeat website for Bookworm's books, the quantity is unlimited (meaning the number of books you can write a review for, not the number of reviews for one book).
There will be three winners, each will receive 3 books from the publisher (of their choice) and a Readeat certificate for 1000 UAH 😆.
No randomness - winners are chosen by the editorial board of the publishing house, so it's worth writing something meaningful (at least).
And I happen to have something meaningful (hopefully). And I'll also see which books I've read but haven't expressed in words yet - a great reason to catch up on debts. 📱

We have been preparing for this for a long time and now we are ready to announce that the Inclusive Kitchen is starting to work in the social support resource center "Grow Up".
Our kitchen is a safe space for children, young people, both with and without disabilities. Here we will learn to cook together.
We will prepare various dishes: from scrambled eggs to cookies and cupcakes. Each time, our trainers will teach and talk about interesting life hacks in cooking, thus giving children and young people the basic skills to live independently, not dependent on outside help.
The first event starts on September 7 for children aged 6-9.
Let's start our acquaintance with the kitchen at 17:00. The average duration of the event is 1 hour.
We are located at the address of st. Skalda, 7A (formerly Komarova St.). All registered participants will be sent a navigation video on how to get to the center.
All Inclusive Kitchen events are free. However, the entrance for pre-registration is +380683514210
Come register and see you in the kitchen!
