Fundraiser, youth worker and facilitator with 8 years of experience in the public sector in the field of youth policy. He successfully implements various educational, youth, social and e-sports projects.
Serhii specialises in partnerships between businesses, public organisations and various communities.
He believes in the principle of ‘Think globally, act locally’ and believes that joint work and cooperation can help to implement this principle.
He has 7 years of experience in attracting resources for educational, youth and social projects. He has collaborated with the following companies, involving them in youth, educational, social and e-sports projects:
ATB, GALICIA, HARVEST, Karpatskaya Dzherelna, NASH FORMAT, Pronto Pizza, weplayesports, Realme, Morning Star, Smart Cinema, Sumna Vivtsia, Biscotti, FIZI, GAVRA, and Bacara.
Outside of its activities, the organisation conducts training and mentoring for youth organisations and initiative groups on fundraising, grant writing, creating youth spaces, and youth work.
Serhii also provides consulting and mentoring support to organisations in implementing fundraising in their activities.
Since 2023, Serhii has been the head of the ‘Inclusion Without Borders’ department at the Chernivtsi Association ‘ZAKHYST’ and implements initiatives on accessibility in Chernivtsi and the Chernivtsi region. In particular, he also conducts training sessions and workshops on the topics of ‘Basics of Accessibility and Inclusion’ and ‘Barrier-Free Communication’ for various audiences and conducts accessibility testing of youth spaces.
Since October 2025, it has been an ambassador for accessibility as part of the nationwide social change campaign ‘Accessibility is when you can.’ The initiative was organised as part of the nationwide social change campaign ‘Accessibility is when you can.’
This initiative has brought together more than 70 ambassadors from various communities and organisations who will help implement the National Strategy for Creating a Barrier-Free Space in Ukraine by 2030 at the local level.
