Recovery for those who help others recover

Rehabilitation specialists, occupational therapists, psychologists, social workers — everyone who supports people every day after injuries, trauma, and loss — devote enormous emotional resources. Their work often remains ‘behind the scenes,’ but it requires deep empathy, presence, and resilience.

However, even the strongest professionals are not ‘inexhaustible’!

📍If you don't take care of yourself, over time it can lead to:

– professional burnout;

– chronic fatigue;

– loss of motivation;

– a decline in the quality of the assistance they provide.

Over these three days, we saw tension turn into smiles and fatigue turn into a sparkle in the eyes.

This event is not about learning something new, but about allowing yourself to be yourself, feeling your needs and giving yourself the right to recover.

We thank each and every participant for their trust.

The event was organised by the Chernivtsi Association ‘Zakhyst’ with the support of IM Swedish Development Partner.
